TERMS OF USE
Effective September 30, 2026.
1. AGREEMENT
These terms govern your use of btea.org, donate.btea.org, and related pages operated by Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the site.
2. WHO MAY USE THE SITE
You must be at least 18 to make a gift or submit an application. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must do it for you.
3. USING THE SITE
Do not interfere with the site or its security, attempt to reach areas you are not authorized to use, scrape or harvest information from it, impersonate anyone, or use it for anything unlawful.
4. GIFTS
Gifts are voluntary and are not payment for goods or services, except where we tell you otherwise, such as an item sent in connection with a monthly giving program. Where an item is provided, its fair market value is not deductible and we will state the amount.
Gifts are final and non-refundable. If a gift was made in error, or in an incorrect amount, write to us within 30 days and we will work with you in good faith. All amounts are in United States dollars.
5. RECURRING GIFTS
A recurring gift continues on the schedule you choose until you cancel it. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provided on that schedule. Cancel at any time through the link in your receipt or by writing to us, and we will process the cancellation before the next scheduled charge, given reasonable notice. If a charge fails we may retry it and will notify you.
6. DESIGNATED GIFTS
BTEA retains exclusive legal control over all contributed funds. We honor designations where we can, and where a designated need is already met or circumstances change, the funds are applied to the purpose nearest the donor’s intent.
7. OUR CONTENT
The text, photographs, video, logos, and marks on the site belong to BTEA or are used with permission, including the marks So All Can Hear and Finish the Job. You may share our content as published, with attribution. You may not use our names or marks to imply endorsement, or reproduce our content commercially, without written permission.
8. WHAT YOU SUBMIT
Anything you send us through the site, including comments, photographs, and application materials, may be used by BTEA for ministry purposes unless you tell us otherwise. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
9. OTHER SITES AND SERVICES
We link to sites and services we do not control, including WeGive, Stripe, and social media platforms. Their terms govern your use of them and we are not responsible for them.
10. NO WARRANTIES
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTEA and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the amount you gave in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold BTEA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Duval County, Florida.
14. CHANGES
We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the revision.
